The firm’s founder, Ruan Macleod, has been involved in various capacities within the corporate law space. He completed articles at a multinational commercial law firm and furthered his skills at a global accounting firm. He brings with him vast experience in navigating complex issues in various commercial matters and disputes whilst maintaining the ever-important attention to detail and personal touch so appreciated by his clients.
